oops sorry i didnt see this until now! okay so even though you dont want to look muscular, you should still start off by working out regularly, because you will burn off fat before you start building muscle. weight loss is 70% diet, 30% exercise, so the real trick is to restrict food. since im close to my goal weight, im not exercising very much and im mostly just focusing on not eating. Personally i am not able to fast, so i just eat very small portions 3 times or day, or just breakfast and dinner. let me know if you want more tips xo
An easy inner thigh exercise. Lift your leg up like the picture then put it down and repeat 3 sets of 30 on each side. I do it while watching tv.
